Had one interview with a recruiter, one with the hiring manager and a panel interview with 5 people. Was ok with not being extended an offer but HUGE problem with no follow up, especially for a candidate in final interview rounds. It’s a red flag for me when an organization ghosts a candidate after they rearrange their schedule to interview. Would never apply for another role with Comcast.
