I interviewed for a temp to hire position. They use the STAR interviewing method. Interviews were all pretty standard (4 in total). Not everyone has to interview as much as I did, but expect at least 2 interviews. All questions are very typical questions, nothing too difficult to answer. Short and concise answers are the best.
