I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ComPsych (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2020
Interview
Very smooth - initial screen call, then one in-person interview. Person I spoke with was very positive and easy to talk to, and stressed the importance of the company and benefits of working somewhere where the work you do every day helps people.

Interview
Recruiter never follows up on emails. I had to email multiple times to even try to get an interview. Day of the interview the recruiter blew me off. I had a second interview and she blew me off and blamed me that I was not in the Zoom room. Very unprofessional.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ComPsych (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Interview was fairly easy, took a small aptitudes test and had a couple of interviews and the whole process was over within a week and then I got the job
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ComPsych (Houston, TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview was worse than scratching a chalk board. The interviewer seemed so out of it and uninterested in the conversation that was going to be conducted. The call lasted less than 9 minutes in total. They weren't even saving face showing how awful or as they weren't trying to hire anyone or make an effort. I have over 4 years in experience in conducting business with customers while multi-tasking and doing other things. Sad how the person interviewing me didn't seem at ALL interested in anything pertaining to my previous experince, what i can bring to the company, did nothing but tell me what the job is,
"the job receives about 60 calls on average and considering it's a low volume it is a more laid back position." Telling me LITERALLY if it were based off of individual performance that they are setting you up for many conversations with the boss or supervisors.
Awful and poor experience, don't even bother.
