Columbus Hospital LTACH interview questions

Just basic question. Why did your apply here etc.. something you could have expected, nothing difficult. Interview was more like chatting with another nurse. The interviewer was relatively new with his position at that time so I guess he wasnt prepared.

Me and 6 others. Just require urine and certain documents. Got the job pretty quickly due to being understaffed. The security at the desks are always sleeping. How can you protect a facility if you all are always sleeping??
