A digital interview was set up using Microsoft Teams and I had a conversation with the store manager. It lasted about 40 minutes and was offered the job on the spot.

Why do you want to work for Columbia Sportswear? Do you have any experience using a register? Are you comfortable talking to people or working alone for a long period of time?
It was an easy process. The manager contacted me a couple days after I applied to schedule an interview. I met with the manager and she asked questions about my job experience and why I want to work there.
Quick phone call and then 20 min in-person interview. Asked me about my past experiences in retail and what this job would entail. Pretty quick and efficient process, heard back pretty fast
