Columbia Memorial Health interview questions

Very casual and informal, which proved to be incredible mis-leading. Alot of smoke to get me to accept the position. Once I started the position was completely different and terrible. the benefits and pto are pretty dismal. They will work you to a nub and then tell you "That's just the nature of your job".

Smooth- Small Town - Clear Communication. The staff is extremely helpful and really is clear about depicting the process. The HR department, provided its sheer size, really makes you feel welcome. Everyone is extremely helpful and always greets you.
