      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Columbia Bank (Encino, CA) in Jul 2021

      Interview

I was called by a screener a few days after I applied. The following day I was contacted by a regional manager (using a blocked #) for another screening and it was a friendly call overall. The day after that the branch manager of the location I applied for called me to schedule an in-person interview. The interview itself was pretty straightforward with no trick questions. I was told the company had several other people they were considering and they would make their decision in approximately 2 weeks. A thank you e-mail was sent to the Branch Manager that day to thank them for their time. 2 weeks pass and I hear nothing. In the following days I left a voicemail for the branch manager and a few days later I sent a follow-up e-mail. Weeks have passed and still no communication from their end. Highly unprofessional.

Quick and easy. Got moved through the hiring process with ease. All parties involved in the hiring process, from the hiring manager to the District Manger made the transition from my previous employer easy.

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Columbia Bank

      Interview

From my experience it was a lot of scripted questions. There were two rounds, a one on one with the manager and one interview with the employees of the branch. It was more to see if you will fit in with the existing people working there.
