Interviews included HR screening, one-on-one with the hiring manager, a panel interview, and a follow-up with the hiring manager. Everyone was nice. The largest issue was that there were long periods of time when I'd hear no contact from Umpqua. I finally received an automated rejection two months after my interviews (the fact that it was automated stings a little...).
