The job description had a max pay of $120K which was appealing; however, it's misleading. The max "hiring rate" was $104K - big difference. The interview was very structured & used situational questions, no time to build rapport with interviewer(s). Initial contact for first interview was 30 days after I applied online. CJB sent an email "inviting" me to interview and to select a date and time. No indication was given that this would be a panel interview, but it was and 3 other people were in the first interview. I quickly moved to the next round which was another panel interview and this time, I had 6 other panelists. The questions were basically the same, all structured and situational. I moved to the final round and had an in-person interview with one person. One other person was supposed to be there, but was sick. Again, situational and structured interview. After my final interview, it took them 2 weeks to follow up with me and only AFTER I followed up with them. My response was a canned email that stated they went with another candidate. I emailed the final interviewer I met with to ask for feedback and why it took so long to hear back from CJB. In her email reply, she did apologize for the late response and blamed it on their "long internal process." She also said she did not have any feedback for me, so I'm not sure why they chose another candidate since there was no feedback about me. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of time.
