Colonial Oaks Senior Living interview questions

The whole process starts from applying online, doing a phone interview, and then a in-person interview. Since I applied for the desk position I spoke to the current receptionist, the assistant executive director, and then finally the executive director. This location did not offer competitive pay. Rather it's quite low. Something to think about if people are looking to consider this location as a possibility.
