The CEO asked the usual questions. And offered a very low wage that was way below the industry standard. Didn't really explain too much about the company. Everyone in the company looked scared or depressed.

Interview
The interview process was pretty basic. They just reviewed my resume and asked the usual questions. I met with the CEO and a few other people to discuss the position and my expectations. We met privately to talk about salary-- which was shockingly low. I took the job anyway. It was not a difficult interview process.
