I applied online, received an email a week later to submit a video response to prerecorded questions through the app HireVue and then called another email that I advanced to the last round which was a one on one live interview. After that, I got a call within the next couple of days of them offering me the position.

Interview
Applied online. Invited to do a HireVue screening recording. Then I pass so recruiter setup for a panel interview a week later.
Met with 4 manager. Pretty general questions about experience. Some in STAR format about work situation. 2 weeks later I receive an offer.

they told me talk about myself, where i see myself short/long term? talk about my strengths and weaknesses that I want to improve. interview was with manager and also another lead engineer

Very long and drawn out process but that is typical in the current era in interviews. I would make sure to read up on the company beforehand to and know your stuff technically.
