Everyone was incredibly friendly throughout and the recruitment team kept me informed throughout the entire process. Telephone interview was general questions before a face to face with senior members of the business. All very relaxed and personable.

The assessment centre was 1 competency-based interview in the morning with 2 interviewers. There were about 5-10 set questions that they score you on. Group task (commercial-awareness based) in the afternoon with a presentation on findings.
