Question 1
The regular interview was more or less similar to average job interviews except they asked me about some scenarios of what I do in X situation. Eg. How do motivate myself and or fellow team members, how to deal with coworkers that may be giving a tough time etc.
I took the pre-screen interview online which you need to record your answer. It's around 6 questions, and you have three attempts for each question. They were very general questions.
