Got the interview after a few days of resume review. Was fairly straightforward, and mostly a discussion of my resume. Ended up talking about why I am interested in the industry, and obviously why I am interested in the job. Spent a lot of time talking about what the job would be like as well.

Why do you want to work in commercial real estate?
Quick 30 minute screening call (no zoom for round 1) , asked basic questions about interest in the industry, coursework, and other questions to judge soft-skills. Overall pretty easy, and interviewer was very nice throughout the whole interview.

Interview
Quick screening call, about experiences in resume and why you want to work at colliers, as well as how comfortable you feel with different aspects of the job. What are your strengths and weaknesses.
15-20 minute call over the phone, first round audio only and not a video call. Interviewer was very friendly and conscious of time- call came on time and wrapped up promptly.
