I applied through a recruiter he then submit my resume to the hiring manager. I followed up with a phone screening from HR who then set up a phone interview with the hiring manager directly. After talking to my hiring manager I then met with him in person. I then met several people that I would be working with. Everyone was really nice and helpful. During the interview I also had to take a CAD practical. The experience overall was very pleasant and everyone was really nice. The CAD practical was fairly challenging felt more like an assessment of 'how far can you get' rather then can you complete this.

One the phone and the we talked about job history and where do you see yourself. Described work environment and the company culture along where the company is going. They talked about it as a growing company.
