aloof. Not very targeted. We seemed to drift into the void without real direction. I wish there had been more open discussion. It was almost like they were hiding things.
I was called in for an interview to meet with administration at the school. I was asked a series of questions, and a few hours later was offered the position.

How do you utilize data to impact student instruction?
Attended a hiring fair. Interviewed for 20 minutes and was offered a contingent contract afterwards. I needed to interview with specific schools afterwards, but was guaranteed a spot. Was placed in a school two months later.
