      General Manager Interview

      13 Dec 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Des Moines, IA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at College Pro (Des Moines, IA) in Aug 2015

      Interview

I was already working at the company as an intern and was alerted to an opening in upper-level management by my supervisor. Despite being young, I was looked at seriously for the role and went through 2 formal interviews, one with the VP and one with the president. I was thoroughly challenged in the interviews but very fairly judged and provided feedback.

      Question 1

I was asked about my tendency to set and hit goals.
