Fairly easy, the interviewer was very kind and there was a nice flow to the questions. A little ambiguous with the hours but otherwise fine. Finally, he related to me by asking personal questions and also giving me advice. Cool dude.

Interview
The interview was easy didn't ask any technical questions, mostly behavioral to see willingness to learn and readiness to learn. There were many interviews/ zoom sessions trying to screen applicants and give an overview of what's happening.
no interview process, hired directly through personal contacts. if there was a formal interview it wouldve been extremely easy. not a complicated line of work. safety is their main priority, otherwise just window cleaning
