Simple yet incisive. Straight up description on the needs of the company and how a candidate like me could fit in. Also a description on what is expected of their employees.
Introduce duty and work process and benefit etc requirement to fill the work on as accountant knowledge qualification dedication to work on with colleage. Zoom interview then second interview. Then 2 weeks time framing for the devision
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at College Board (New York, NY)
Interview
It was a phone interview by HR, then a phone interview by accounting management. Followed by a 3rd interview by three more supervisors. The final interview was then by the Chief accountant. Many interviews but everyone was friendly.

They want to know why you are leaving your job. They prefer someone who is stable and wants to make a career with them, not just passing by.
