Interview
Three part interview process:
1. HR interview: basic questions, walk through resume and skills.
2. Behavioural: Interview with hiring manager and one other person. Behavioural questions such as : what was your greatest accomplishment, what makes a job satisfying or dissatisfying.
3. Case study: A simple role related case study and questions following that.
