Interview processed spanned 4 rounds, one with Recruiter, HRBP, Director of business supporting, and an interview with the WW Director of HR. Recruiter was very responsive through the process and provided some feedback after the third round. 3/4 conversations were more conversational as opposed to behavioral. Upon the fourth interview I had spanned 30+ mins over the time and was given possible details and to look out for a potential 5th round with the US CHRO. Got an update Monday that emphasized specific experience that was not made an emphasis or asked about through the entire process. Felt as though a bit biased because of appearance for having colored hair but regardless the lack of explanation and mis-leading in some ways was odd. Objectively speaking as someone who works in the field and likes to handle all matters with delicacy, be transparent.
