Face to face interview, one on one. Other workers could see and hear your interview though. Which was kind of intimidating, but otherwise the interview process was smooth with no hiccups.
Easy simple explained well , tour offer of job for work in cleaning department and trollies to be able to help the store and staff etc, also was only short maybe 15 min
I applied coles cleaner job though web online application. After I answered several questions, such as an individual research for example, introvert or extrovert, motivated or lazy, I have met manager.

there were 4 questions about yourself and coles that you had to answer. it gave you around 30 seconds for each one. all you had to do was follow the instructions you got in the text or email
