Interview
Straightforward. Need to be willing to work and obviously working different hours and be able to interact with different types of customers. You may be asked to work in different departments as well
Pretty smooth - call with Talent rep, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Final round was with two leaders in adjacent teams. Really clear communication throughout with follow-ups delivered as per the timeline set.

How does your experience translate to this role, knowing there's been a lot of internal changes recently?
it was good. didnt ask too many hard questions, relied mostly on experience etc. the interviewer was respecful and on time. would reccomend going for a job there as culture and pay is good.
Simple process. Clear and quick turnaround time. The interviewing manager arrived on time and was friendly and approachable.
The interview was relaxed and casual and didn't feel rushed at all it was a good experience
