Sit down one on one. They went over commission splits as well as training. They explained how their office is set up. What exactly they are looking from me. They went over basic training material. The licensing process. Also, they talked about how well new agents do with their company.

There were not many questions asked. I asked the questions.
They were great and answerd any questions I had. Very nice people and would highly recomend getting an interview with them. They were also very professional. I am excited to see if I get an offer.

It was easy and friendly. Easy to understand, very clear with the process, expectations and work model. Constant training offered. Didn't make me feel u comfortable, made me feel excited and looking forward to work with them.
