They will want to hire you if you have kids in the local school system / church groups...or your a member of various clubs. You have to demonstrate that your connected to the community and involved. You will have to promote yourself and network every day to stay ahead of the competition.

They were great and answerd any questions I had. Very nice people and would highly recomend getting an interview with them. They were also very professional. I am excited to see if I get an offer.
