Lunch & talk. Manager knew me. Invited me to lunch. Pitched the company and its offerings. Offered me a split and sign on bonus. Came up with a start date and that was it.

Experience discussions sales, company goals, local market, office culture, policy and procedure, software, marketing efforts, local promotions. Offered a split and bonus. I was happy with it so it was an easy process. It was a relocation so just discussion about local markets.

Simple, had some questions but I was looking to join a team so the onboarding went very smoothly. The entire process probably took a month to get fully onboarded, but I appreciated the support staff being there to help with all my questions.

Interview
Interview process is easy. Asked if I was interested in working full or part time. Explained what to expect, explained their %cut%, and who I would shadow. I was a fairly new agent at the time, and unfortunately, it didn't hold true to the shadowing part. I was thrown in the water, which hind site was probably the best way to learn....quickly.
