I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Coinbase in Apr 2025
Interview
Had a referral, interviewed with the recruiter, and then the hiring manager. The role was canceled due to shifts in team needs, which is fine. It seemed like their system didn't actualy cancel the role, so I continued to get emails about the progress (incorrect emails), and even was invited to interviews as if I made it to the next stage. Everyone was very nice, and when I brought it to their attention, it was resolved, but a little confusing to experience.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Coinbase (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Referred by a friend, had phone screen with basic about you questions and then some STAR-behavioral questions. I felt it went really well and was reassured by the recruiter that she thought I'd be a great fit. Was surprised to see an automated email a few days later.
