I gave two rounds and the interview seems average. Also the second interview which was system design was taken by a 2+ year engineer. I felt that she was not qualified to take the interview of 8+ years experience guy and that too in System Design. The interview was good but the feedback was in negative side. Interviewer should be qualified enough to judge a candidate.
