      I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Coin (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2013

      Interview

      2 phone screens with the VP of Engineering, two on-sites interviews with founders and C-level including CEO, CTO, COO and Head of Design. I was queried on support philosophy, importance of metrics and given a preview of expectations, namely, excellent customer support.
