Very laid back and behavioral-based. 30-minute interviews with Senior/Management positions and then a director. I don't think I was asked a single technical question related to my position. The whole process was mainly directed on finding out what role would suit me best, which office I wanted to work for, and what my day-to-day responsibilities would look like. The interviewers really seemed like they wanted to get to know you and how well you would fit in at their firm. I normally hate interviews but this one was actually enjoyable
