Cohen Financial interview questions

Started with a phone interview and then an in person interview with a panel. There were 3 separate Interviews in person that last roughly 30 - 40 minutes each. You are asked mostly behavioral questions with some small talk in between; there are few quantitative or knowledge based questions. Some of the interviewers were awkward and unpleasant to speak with.

I received an email shortly after I applied asking for a brief phone call. They asked fairly standard questions about my background and qualifications. The phone call was brief and pleasant, they described the company and the role and what was expected of the applicant
