Overall Good experience got to know what the industry standard is and the interviewer was friendly enough to answer all my doubts. Had 2 rounds one is technical for one hour and 2nd managerial for 30 mins
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)
