Smooth. 3 rounds. 1 HR round on call, 1 technical round by hiring manager on call, one more HR round by hiring manager. One extra round where I successfully negotiated my position.

Question 1
Questions were all based on my previous tech experience.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
