A fairly fast process with 2 stages - initial chat (after which you were sent a challenge) then a formal interview where you had to present the challenge back. The challenge was insanely in-depth for an interview stage - a full strategy (to a really niche audience that required a lot of research to understand) plus actual production of one piece. For the amount of effort that went in, I was effectively ghosted by the team I'd been regularly and directly in touch with throughout the process, and sent a generic rejection by a recruiter.
