It was smooth as it was campus recruitment. There was CV shortlisting and then GD, then PI. Discussed on the technical interest and sales skills. Discussed about hobby and willingness to relocate. Overall good experience
4 stages, 3 behavioral with general sales questions, conflict resolution, data analytics, and a product presentation, given days of time to prepare and take home to build a presentation to come back and present.

The interview process was lengthy and multiple rounds. To prepare to exceed in this interview you must understand the company and what they do. You should also have product knowledge. The first round was easy but each interview got longer and more in depth.

Interview
Pre interview discussion with hiring manager took around 20 minutes. Next is a behavioral/cognitive assessment which took 15 minutes. And the next portion of the interview process is a 45 minute discussion with one of Cognex's territory sales managers. Overall, I very insightful and manageable interview process!
