Interview
After application, a coding test is sent by e-mail.
If the test is successful enough, you're invited for an interview.
At the interview, you meet different people from different teams.
You review your online test, and then there's another high level algorithm test.
You'll then meet managers and discuss your ambitions and goals working for Cogito.

Interview
There are two rounds. First is the coding round in Java. Second is onsite with 2-3 rounds. First round was discussion about the coding challenge and resume. Second was design round . Third was HR round.
