I recently interviewed for a position at Coforge, and it was one of the most disorganized experiences I’ve ever had. Here’s what happened:
First Interview Attempt: I showed up on time and waited for 45 minutes without hearing a word. No interviewer showed up, and there was zero communication or apology for the delay.
Second Interview Attempt: The interviewer joined the call but remained silent for 15 minutes with their microphone on mute. After that strange silence, they abruptly said they were done—without asking me a single question.
Pros: Honestly, I didn’t get far enough to find any.
Cons: Lack of basic respect for candidates’ time, poor communication, and a seemingly unprepared interviewing team.
If Coforge wants to maintain a positive reputation, they should seriously reconsider how they conduct interviews. As it stands, I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
