I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coditas (Pune) in Jul 2022
Interview
They need some experienced person who can take an interview for 5+ experienced candidates. Specifically, in my 1st and 2nd round interviews, I answered all the questions except 1 or 2 questions on the DevOps domain. However, I am CKA and CKAD certified but still, they had given me negative feedback and shared it with HR. Might be they don't wanna those who have expertise in all platforms of DevOps. And if any candidate got selected, so he/she will go ahead of them in the system. It is a human tendency that no one should go ahead of them. I didn't expect from Coditas. Otherwise, Coditas is a good and reputed organization.
Suggestion: Please place the experienced person who can take the interview for experienced candidates.
