After initial screening of the candidates, shortlisted candidates are asked to take a coding test in the first round, wherein their knowledge on different coding languages is put to test.
In the second round, the candidates are involved in a live project to test how they approach logically to solve a real time issue.
Once the candidates are through with the above-mentioned two rounds, then they have a final round with the HR. The candidates are subjected to some psychological questions to understand their perceptions, and mindsets. Once he clears the HR round, the candidate is considered to be selected and offered the job.
