Question 1
The personal interviews were conversational. The "Stand and Deliver" was really embarrassing, they are a backup software company trying to launch their first security product called Incydr.
Reached out with interest in a specific sales role for which I was more than qualified. Had a current employee referral and feedback from a former employee. Went through the initial phone screen with the lead recruiter, who had also messaged me about the role earlier on LinkedIn. Phone screen went well but the recruiter never set the follow-up meeting she told me was next. Then she proceeded to ignore 3 follow-up emails over 3 weeks.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Code42 (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2018
Interview
I applied on-line and was contacted by the recruiter. I did the phone interview and was asked to meet in person with the hiring manager in person. Took time off work to meet for 45 min which was no more than a review of a few points on the resume. He told me I would be asked back for a more in depth interview. I never heard from them again. I e-mailed both with no response, and called and texted both plus left messages. Not a word and not even we are perusing other candidates. I surly understand if yo are not a good fit for a job but I do not understand the unprofessional behavior of so called HR reps a hiring managers. If this is how they do business why would anyone want to work for them.
