      Program Manager Interview

      19 May 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Austin, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Code2College (Austin, TX)

      Interview

Went through numerous rounds of interviews with Code2College for a Program Manager role in January 2021. During the final interview, I was asked to talk through a series of scenarios to showcase my problem-solving. CEO was present through the interview and then dropped off the call mid-way though an answer. Guess I didn't impress! Also glad that was the case - my impression of the team by the time I reached the last round of interviews was not positive (the CEO seemed rude and the staff seemed distressed). The reviews here on Glassdoor suggest I was correct in my impression of the workplace culture.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Question about scaling program while ensuring high-quality instruction. I was provided the question a few days before the interview, and had the chance to explain my solution in front of the CEO and two staff mmbers.
