I emailed the manager of my local center to set up a meeting. I brought my resume and walked through my experiences in programming as well as why I wanted to work there.

I emailed asking for a job, had a 10 minute phone call, and I was basically handed the job. Overall, very easy. Not challenging at all in the least bit.

They provided the tour of the center and overview of the position and what it entails. There wasnt much that they asked, other than if you have prior coding experiences.
