      I interviewed at Codal

      Interview

3 rounds total There is an initial 15-minute screening phone call lead by a coordinator. Round 1 was a 30-minute video call with current staff. Their answers to company culture and process questions were awkwardly inconsistent with the screening call and very vague. Overall average experience because employees were pleasant, but the process seemed quite messy. Coordinator initially provided a timeline that was off by 4 weeks, and unfortunately did not update on changes or emailed back. Wondering if this experience was due to the fact that were not part of HR (this was another bit of a red flag).
