I came into interview for the position of Graphic Designer with some marketing experience. During the interview it became clear to me that this was a bait and switch situation. There would be no use of my graphic design skills, it would simply be data entry with some retail account management

The interview process was very brief and simple. It was a simple one on one interview with the marketing manager. If you have the qualifications to get to the interview and can answer all of the questions you should be fine.

it wasn't long, I think everyone who applies gets the internship position if they have the qulification
