It was a very long process - it took weeks to provide next steps. The hiring manager did not seem to understand what they wanted from the role or had not thought through how local and global teams work.

Multiple phone interviews with company recruiter before being invited for onsite interview. Recruiter was quite pleasant and engaging. This person no longer works for the company. Onsite interview on Friday with multiple people. Schedule changed from hour to hour not knowing who you'd see next. Was casual Friday so corporate attire seemed out of place for interviewee.

Explain how you can contribute to a technology company in 5 years. A bit absurd considering medical technology changes rapidly and cannot be disclosed to anyone until it receives regulatory approval.
