My Interview Experience with Coca-Cola Beverages Florida
I had a brief but telling experience interviewing with Coca-Cola Beverages Florida. I completed two interviews — the first with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the second with the hiring manager for the role. The conversations were positive, and at the end of the second interview, the hiring manager expressed interest in moving me forward to the next round.
Naturally, I followed up with the Talent Manager to inquire about next steps and express my continued interest in the position. Unfortunately, I never received a response. Despite the encouraging feedback during the interview, I was ultimately ghosted with no further communication or closure.
Professionalism doesn’t end when a company decides not to move forward with a candidate — it’s also reflected in how they treat people throughout the process. Silence, especially after a promising interview, leaves a negative impression.
I hope Coca-Cola Beverages Florida takes this as constructive feedback and works to improve their candidate communication and follow-through, particularly for roles that require a high level of experience and professionalism.
