I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cobs Bread (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2025
Interview
Pretty straightforward, just tried to get to know me and why I wanted to apply for the position. Also, if I accepted to work under those conditions despite waking up super early, or to be able to lift a certain amount of weight and be comfortable about it.
Sometimes companies start the interview process with a screening interview to determine which candidates have the desired and necessary qualifications for the job. Cobs occasionally replaces this step with more of an open interview, sometimes referred to as a group interview. Companies typically conduct open interviews at an open hiring event, where they interview multiple candidates at the same time.
