Interview
Straightforward. You get interviewed by the manager of the department he asks you basic questions about technical support and it's a very quick process which doesn't take more than 20 minutes and if you pass the interview you get a second interview with the head of HR which is also very quick and after that you resume as soon as possible or whenever they need you to resume.

Interview
There are 2 stages of interview.
Stage 1 is with HOD . He will basically ask if you can do what you wrote on your CV
Stage 2 is with the HR person to negotiate salary.
