Were more interested in my knowledge of Excel than they were about my sales skills, track record, or what I could bring to the company. Appeared to be looking more for someone who can demo their product using Excel than someone who could turn a prospect into a customer. Closing sales and relationship selling skills were not at all important. They were not looking for a salesperson who was not a millennial.
